WCI co-designed a facilitator training for 12 pre-selected fire fighters to lead an authentic leadership program for 3,600 fire fighters designed to address harassment, bullying, and discrimination across the agency.

WCI designed a series of Culture of Respect conversations focused on addressing real-life challenges related to gender, race, and generational differences in the workplace.

WCI advised the leadership of Mindful Memorial Foundation on new strategies to expand the message and reach of patriotism and sacrifice among civilians as way to build greater unity across the nation.
